ClientTable does not provide storage space. Your ClientTable portal will link directly to your choice of storage: Dropbox, Microsoft OneDrive, or Google Drive.

Files added to your portal by any user are stored directly in your storage drive. This direct integration allows you to maintain your internal document workflow, and desktop sync, with your preferred internal storage solution. It also allows you to maintain any other app integrations such as to QuickBooks, HubDoc, Dext and more.

You may purchase additional storage directly from your provider. Client users are not made aware of the underlying storage solution and do not need to have an account with the storage provider.

File-sharing is handled through your portal. Each client can access only their shared folder(s). You can share files, photos and documents by adding it to the client’s folder.

Sharing a file in your portal does not share it through your connected drive. For example, if your connected storage is Dropbox, and you share a file with a client in the portal, that file is not available to the client through Dropbox’s interface.

Client users are not made aware of the underlying storage solution.
