Important Announcement: ClientTable Wind-down
To our valued ClientTable Users,
We hope this message finds you well. We are writing to inform you that, after careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to wind down operations for ClientTable. This decision was not made lightly, and we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your support and trust in us over the years.
As of Dec 20, 2024 ClientTable will no longer be available, and all services will be discontinued.
Your Data
Your files will be available in your underlying connected storage drive, ClientTable does not store any files.
Please extract your Messages as soon as possible before this date. The easiest way to do this will be to copy and paste your most important chats in your own records. If you have a significant number of chats, are a premium customer, and need help getting a copy of your message history please reach out to us at support@clienttable.comWe apologize for not having a longer off-boarding period. Despite our best attempts, we were unable to organize the resources to support the application beyond December.
Refunds
We will process prorated refunds after Dec 20th, 2024 for any pre-paid subscription amounts. Monthly users may also cancel their subscription at any time in advance if desired.
Please inform your client users directly as we will not be contacting them with this notice (unless made necessary).
We understand that this news may come as a disappointment, and we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. If you have any questions or need assistance during this transition, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at support@clienttable.com
